Simply call our toll free number, (800) 727- 8233. We’re available every day in June for those last-minute placements and arrival logistics. Our 24-hour emergency service is operational from May 1 through October 31 for both Camp Directors and participants.

WE KEEP YOU INFORMED
Our full-time logistics, systems and financial personnel handle travel to camp arrangements, flights and invoicing, keeping you up-to-date with your camp’s international staffing. If you have a concern or question, just call your personal Account Representative for help.

WE TAKE CARE OF ALL YOUR NEEDS
• Participants come to the U.S. via legal, government- authorized J-1 cultural exchange visitor visas. Camp America handles all visa arrangements.

• International travel is arranged from London or selected regional gateways. Participants are given full information on domestic travel between their U.S. port of arrival and your camp.

• Participants are covered by health, accident, emergency dental and optional baggage insurance during their stay in the U.S. We also offer comprehensive crisis support.

• Both camps and participants receive full Camp America support before, during and after the nine week program. If there’s a problem of any kind, we’re here to help.
