AIFS – Copywriter-Content Editor
AIFS is looking for a copywriter/content editor to join their dynamic marketing team.
- producing original, clear and credible copy for multiple audiences and across different platforms including print materials, website content (SEO optimized), press releases, advertisements and social media
- researching competitors and staying on top of market trends
- editing existing or provided copy for spelling, grammar and consistency
- setting up advertising campaigns and monitoring campaign effectiveness
- liaising with clients and colleagues and meeting project teams to consider advertising requirements
- updating and amending campaigns according to feedback
Summer Institute for the Gifted/NSGT – Staffing & Compliance Coordinator
The primary responsibility of the Staffing & Compliance Coordinator for the National Society for the Gifted and Talented is to successfully manage the hiring of qualified staff for NSGT academic programs. This includes pre-program planning, oversight and postprogram conclusions. The overarching goal of the Staffing & Compliance Coordinator is to ensure students have an enjoyable, productive, meaningful, safe, and secure experience while attending NSGT programs by ensuring the most qualified staff is hired and all compliance regulations are met. The Staffing & Compliance Coordinator reports to the Vice President and is located in Stamford, CT.
- In collaboration with Staffing Specialist, recruit for seasonal positions by posting online job
ads, attending recruitment events, and additional sources as needed.
- In collaboration with Staffing Specialist, interview, hire, and place Residential Assistants,
Counselors, and Program Assistants for all summer programs.
- Assist Vice President with camp compliance, including research, standing orders, and camp
- Remain current and up-to-date on state-wide camp regulations and communicate updates and changes with Programs Directors as applicable.

The American Institute For Foreign Study (AIFS) facilitates international exchange and educational programs throughout the world. Some of our programs include Camp America, College Study Abroad, Academic Year in America, AuPair in America and Summer Institute for the Gifted.
We are looking for individuals to assist us in the AIFS Stamford office during our high season in administrative, customer service and sales roles. Candidates applying for our seasonal positions will need to have strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills. Previous administrative experience is a plus. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is a must. These positions will be required to work overtime and on weekends throughout the summer.
