Sales Development Manager
The Sales Development Manager will be responsible for finding new host families and meeting sales targets. The successful candidate will create and execute a strategic sales plan in conjunction with the Au Pair in America Director and the AIFS Chief Marketing Officer. The right individual for this position will have extensive knowledge of childcare programs and/or childcare customer networks. 3-5 years experience in sales as well as managing field sales networks.

Director of Sales and Client Development
This is a unique opportunity for a strong sales and relationship oriented individual to join our global team as the Director of Client Development. Applicants must have a sound background in sales and customer relations as well as knowledge and relevant experience in the summer camp industry. We are looking for a proven manager and motivational team leader with strong verbal and written communication skills.

This individual will be responsible for monthly preparation of financial reports, facilitation of closing procedures, preparing account reconciliations and analyzing financial statements. This role will also assist with financial and tax audits, preparation of tax returns, cash forecasting and processing daily transactions. Program Director
SIG is looking for an individual to developing curriculum for Math and Science. The Program Director will also be responsible for the supervision of 4 -5 campuses during the summer as well as will act as an on-site director for one campus. The right individual for this role will have a master’s degree in education, experience working with gifted and talented programs, residential summer camp programs, and 3 -5 years of teaching experience in math and/or science.
