SIG Open House at Out-of-Door Academy, January 31
SARASOTA, FL – On Saturday, January 31, 2009, the Summer Institute for the Gifted (SIG) will hold an open house for its newest day program at the Out-of-Door Academy.
Parents of gifted and talented students in Kindergarten through grade 6 are invited to attend the open house for the new day program that runs from June 15 through July 3.
SIG’s open house is designed to inform parents about program details, academic curriculum, and special program information. The event is hosted by members of the SIG staff and begins at 10:00 am with registration and refreshments at 9:30 am. The schedule includes a presentation, question-and-answer session, and tour of the Sarasota campus.
Created and offered by the Summer Institute for the Gifted for the first time in 2009, the day program at the Out-of-Door Academy is designed for students in need of activities that stretch their abilities, expand their knowledge, and engage them in creative and active learning. Students have access to Out-of-Door Academy facilities.
Out-of-Door Academy is recognized as a Cum Laude Society member, ranking in the top 1% of schools nationwide.
If you wish to attend the SIG open house at Out-of-Door Academy on January 31, call (866) 303-4744 or e-mail sig.info@giftedstudy.com.
