High School Study and Travel

Each year, American Council for International Studies (ACIS) guides students and teachers from more than 2,000 U.S. school districts on one- to four-week educational tours of the Americas, Europe, China, Mexico, Africa, and Australia. Most programs include educational sightseeing and lectures on the history, culture and politics of the region.

For more than 30 years, AIFS has sponsored Academic Year in America (AYA), one of the largest and most respected high school exchange programs in the U.S. Founded in 1981, AYA brings around 1,000 international high school students to the U.S. each year.
